This pandemic has brought about unprecedented challenges to the tourism industry hence we have started to look at the future of the tourism industry through digitalisation. The introduction of the rezio system in Nami Island has enabled our guests to pre-purchase their tickets online, providing them with a QR Code voucher which they can bring it on the day of the event to scan at the turnstiles, eliminating the need for long queues and unnecessary exposure to crowds. Employees of Nami Island are also able to manage the crowd within the attraction at any one point of time through the real-time inventory notification enhancing the whole customer experience.Nami Island , South Korea
As part of our efforts to fully digitalise our attraction, we have engaged the services of rezio to aid in the online ticketing sales as well as the on-site verification which enhances the whole operational efficiencies generating more revenue, yet providing a better customer experience, reducing the wait time for our guests. In the past, when our customers arrive at the venue, we will update the information using a Google Form and subsequently use our POS machine to manage the sales. When the capacity is full, this will become very chaotic, resulting in an operational nightmare.
